Ottolenghi - Sticky Date & Tamarind Sauce 180g

This is HP sauce, Ottolenghi style: sweet, tangy and piquant. Great on a bacon sandwich, for adding depth to stews, or as a base for a salad dressing. Dates bring the sweetness, tamarind adds the tang.

Usage: upgrade your sandwich, glaze sausages & ribs, zhuzh up dressings or stews.

Ingredients: Tamarind Extract, Date Juice Concentrate, Olive Oil, Ginger Purée, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Beans, Wheat, Salt, Alcohol (Ethanol)), Water, Sugar, Salt), Garlic Purée, Cornflour, Red Chilli, Sea Salt, Ground Ginger, Chilli Powder.

Storage Conditions

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
